Step 1
We integrate with your eshop and suppliers
We offer simple integration options with your eshop and systems, along with full support. You’ll have real-time access to live data on inventory, storage, and order status.
Step 2
We receive your products and store them
Once received, products are identified, registered, and safely organized in our warehouse. No matter the size of your stock, we’ve got the space. Our warehouse, inaugurated in 2024, has a capacity of 19,000 m² and is located in Chitila, Ilfov, right on Bucharest’s ring road.
Step 3
We process online orders, prepare packages, and hand them over to the courier
Orders are processed based on info received automatically or entered manually into our logistics platform. We generate courier documents directly from your account and hand off the parcels — all within an automated, efficient, and prompt logistics process.
Step 4
We handle returns and restock products
Return policies are one of the first things customers check before placing an order. That’s why we make sure returns are just as smooth and fast as deliveries. Returned items are received, restocked, and updated in real-time — visible directly in your account on our platform.
