Cât timp durează integrarea?

Within 1–3 business days from receiving your product info and courier details, we’ll start processing your orders.

What’s the daily cut-off time for order processing?

As a general rule, orders received in our system before 4:00 PM will be processed and handed over to the courier the same day. Orders received after 4:00 PM will be shipped the next business day.
These deadlines apply only if all goods, packaging, and order details are available.

My products don’t have barcodes. What should I do?

No worries! If you can’t provide barcodes, we’ll take care of it — we generate them, label your products, and share the barcode database with you.

How much storage space do I need?

Depending on the type of product, one pallet typically requires about 10 m² of shelving.

Are my goods insured?

Yes. All goods stored in our warehouse are covered by a €4 million insurance policy with Generali Insurance.
